Audra is a proud to announce that she is a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist. 

Every Texan should own a little piece of this great state to call their home.

This certification equips Audra with the knowledge to help first-time and underserved homebuyers in an effort to increase sustainable homeownership in Texas. This esteemed certification is held by less than 3% of Texas Realtors, however with the percentage of Texans owning their homes dwindling, the time for knowledgeable professionals could not be more pressing. There are programs available to Texans that can help combat this trend and allow more folks to become home owners in our communities. 

Organizations stepping up to help include the Texas State Affordable Housing Corp, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Veterans Land Board, and Housing and Urban Development. These programs assist our community with home affordability, homes for heroes (teachers, police officers, firefighters and more), education on home ownership, retaining a home, preventing foreclosure, upgrading a home, refinancing, and so much more!
